Since coming to culinary school, I've made a lot of changes with what I eat. I've learned I LOVE things I've hated as a child, and eaten things than most won't even consider; calamari, Rocky Mountain Oysters, anchovies, even a poisonous fruit called Monstera, which tastes like the Latin offspring of bananas and pineapples. Also, in learning how food is produced, grown, raised, and effects our bodies and environment, I've taken a step away from being a "RAWR CARNIVORE!" and adopted a "weekday veg" diet.
