
Brining (to soak in a salt solution) the method used to make lean meats, like turkey, juicier and more flavorful.

The recipe is set as
1# pickling salt
1 cup herbs de provence
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs garlic powder
2 gallons hot not boiling water
Combine all ingredients and add a bowl of ice to cool off once dissolved. Place poultry or pork inside container with brine and sit for a day!
