Bit of a mild spoiler...
In stories currently in the works, Chí Tran, aka Paper Tiger, and ex-Jade Empire Triad member Ice will meet at the Bureau of Superheroes Academy. Chí will be instantly smitten with Ice, and maybe vice versa, leading to a relationship.
Also, I'm pretty sure this is the first art depicting BoS cadets in their uniforms.
