A lonely dog who leads the rain. The sadder (or more aggressive) he is, the stronger the storm.
When there is no rain, then Nellorain is either in another place, or so grief-stricken that he disappeared (and if the last then a drought sets) in.
Hair and tail are silky, like a lightweight fabric. The hair on the body is short and soft.
He has the ability to see, but often walks in a blind guise, relying on echolocation and smelling.
