Don't really have an idea of how to label her species here, but she's a member of Nanaki / Red XIII's race and another character for that distant FFVII prequel idea that Rufaro is the protagonist of. Actually, Noa is Rufaro's best friend, and probably their first permanent ally! Noa's not really a fighter at all, and so would likely come in at only Level 1 or 2 or so, but she's a very devoted friend. Noa's really friendly and outgoing, and much gutsier and more of a go-getter than one might expect of someone who starts out as basically just a civilian.

Her design is meant as a sort of opposite or "foil" to Nanaki's. She's chubby, soft, and back-heavy, whereas he has a more strapping, front-heavy build and a harder, tougher look to him in general. Of course, they exist generations apart, even by their long-lived species's standards, haha
