A Dragon Quest fan character, actually! They're a member of the Notso Macho enemy family, since I thought they had a fun design that'd be neat to base an OC off of! Their black lipstick is sort of a reimagining of how Notso Machos' faces are drawn, though I doubt it's actually supposed to be any kind of makeup in Toriyama's art.

Lupe grew up in a village of monsters, and was selected for a mission to investigate concerning developments in the wider world due to their combat ability and fluency in the common human tongue. They're sort of a cool, collected swordfighter type, though they don't exclusively wield swords and they don't have the coldness that sometimes comes with that sort of character. Mostly they're just quiet and reserved most of the time.

Their prosthetic left leg originally came about due to me really struggling to draw their left foot, so I decided to just use a totally different shape for it. Them having a prosthetic left leg is canon, though.

Despite their surname being Madjester, they're not actually clown- or jester-themed at all, unless you want to count their makeup.
