Yeah I think if his ears got much smaller near the bottom of the page it would look right, ah well ^o^; As for the blue, that's a light blue ballpoint but I didn't put anywhere near as many lines down as I did for the rest of the image- Because of that you're seeing a lot more of the white paper showing through so it looks like a very soft blue.
