Commission for my bunny buddy on SL. I wanted to try and keep the coloring and everything 'soft' on this one. I figured a bunny samurai has to have cherry blossoms floating behind him (its the law!)

yeah I was bending over backwards to avoid that...didn't tie the ears together tried to make the face different and stuff. Oh well I'm happy with it

Maybe so, but kinda hard not to think of Usagi when you look at a feudal japan era rabbit. Still pretty good work. And not wrapping the ears did help, i'm just a Usagi fan *watches as his tower of comics loomes over him '>.>'...*

Yeah I liked Usagi (the origonal version not this silly new TMNT stuff) he was cool and kinda clueless but he held his own in a fight

I might get flames for this but guess what folks: Samurai could kick a Ninja's ass in a sword fight!

'odd' coloring for you, but it fits this picture and the kind of 'samurai' look. I don't know hwo to explain it properly but I don't think it would work otherwise. Background and character both just have the same feel one would expect from the older samurai paintings. Wonderful choice.
