is the weight? The bottles have spouts in them. That means there is liquid inside them. You can cheat something like this only so far. Get yourself a full or near full soda or beer bottle, and try to hold it up and out the way your lion barkeep is doing. It won't be long before you feel what I mean, This action of balancing multiple bottles would require not only balance but a fair amount of focused strength, yet, we see no stress, no accent on anatomy, all nicely covered by a black coat. A nice cheat, but you also take away some reality from the picture, and challenges for yourself as an artist. I like his expression, but if I saw someone like him doing this behind a bar, I would make a dive for the nearest mop and push broom, because I know from looking at him that he might be able to hold those bottles for a split second, but once he begins to pour, and the liquid shifts and begins to oscillate, he won't be able physically to hold them up and pour a drink into a small glass with any real grace, let alone while making a huge (and expensive) mess.

No, this bartender needs to be a HUNK. One glance at him, and the customer should be shaken and stirred. Take the coat off of him, and dress him only in the tuxedo front and a thin black bow tie. Let us see the strength in his wrists,forearms and shoulders that it takes to pull off a show like this. Make us forget about the drink, and want to drink the bartender.
