Something inspired by my favorite James Bond movie, "License to Kill".
So our vulpine vigilante, has somehow ended up south of the border while investigating a drug and illegal arms running operation. Long story short, he finds out they're hiding the dope and weapons in tankers and they hired a pilot in a small plane to find an easy route from the skies so the truckers can avoid Highway patrol easily.
(Dramatic narrator's voice) Will our hero find a way to stop these treacherous rigs?" :o
