Ability: Wonder Bubble - When hit with a supereffective move, Togesire will sometimes heal a fair amount of HP to an ally or party pokemon.Evolution method: Evolves from a Wooper that has max friendship when Togetic or Togekiss uses Wish and switches out to restore Wooper's health during battle.Art by me, Togesire concept by me.
