Like some of the other "pregnant couple" pics I've done in the past, here's Carlita Montejo with her boyfriend (and baby daddy), Antoni Del Rio.
I don't really have much thought out for them just yet (beyond the obvious, of course); but I'm sure we'll figure out more about the both of them as time goes on.

I usually just go with the "super stretchy" answer when it comes to clothing; especially since I figure that in a world of the exceptionally large, then I think that society would likely develop super stretchy materials, in order to accommodate such massive figures. =3
