“You fools, you’ve arrived too late!” Dr Panic laughed maniacally as he stood at the top of the facility, lightning crashing down around him. Of all his various gadgets the weather orb had to be one of his favourites - it wasn’t too effective against the heroes staring him down, but goddamn did it allow him to make some dramatic speeches. After all, capes were nowhere near as effective without a breeze for that extra flair.

It was just a shame that flair was almost instantly wasted when Force Ten punched him down through the ceiling.
