(Internal Monologue by Triadenforcer.)
(Imagine this in Vin Diesel's voice.)
"The workers at the dock told me, Told me to go on the town."
"Told me to soak up the nightlife, That it was just as vibrant as during the day."
"So, I got my best suit, Went strolling down main street, Pass the night markets and restaurants."
"Didn't know where to start, 'Till I saw this nightclub, "The Vixen's Lounge", They called it."
"Went in, Got myself a table, Had some gin with tonic, Got a steak with tapioca and mustard to go along with it."
(As he was taking a third bite from the steak, The lights dimmed, And a voice boomed out:)
"Ladies and Gentlemen, Please welcome:, The lovely Miss Red!"
(Applause is heard throughout the hall, As a shadowy figure waltzes toward the microphone.)
(A lamp shines from the balcony, To illuminate the figure.)
(It is Miss Red herself, She starts to sing, Clasping the microphone.)
==================
I'll continue the story another time, It's late where I come from, And I must tuck in.

This immediately popped into my head: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LdCIsMeA8eY
The song that came to mind immediately for me was Rosemary Clooney's "Blues in the Night."
Looking at Red, I get the impression of a tempestuous beauty, a vixen about as easily tamed as a hurricane, but one that could be anyone's dream come true.
This is just the type of knock-your-socks-off-amazing work that only comes around once in a very long time.
