To carry on, Onyx was granted access to some of the libraries that the water dragons keep care for. In his stay, he's to be under escort of a water mage assigned to him, only being free inside his assigned quarters and the adjoining merchant areas. Water dragons aren't the most trusting of individuals but Onyx knows even being allowed to come is a pretty big step. Plus, he's still eager to hear what they want from him in return for access to some of their best kept secrets.


Here, we see him chatting up with his escort. Subjects vary from establishment to rules, subject matters regarding their magic, what to see around their city etc. All the while, jellyfish librarians help sort the books once they're not in use.

With the fish floating, bubbles shown and ONyx's scarf flaoting about, it's safe to say that he learned very quickly to how to at least breathe during his stint here.
