Lune is a devil with 2 forms. She/he is an undead soul inhabiting the body of a stuffed toy. The markings on her/his head (888) represent rebirth.
The animal resemblance is also significant.
Bunnies can represent promiscuity, sexuality, fertility, and good luck. Bunnies are also seen as an innocuous and defenseless animal that is often targeted by many predators.
Wolves often represent loyalty, teamwork, protection, and freedom. Wolves are also one of the most notorious predators.
Both of these animals have strong ties to the moon.
Yup! A ref for a character I plan on using in my more... "controversial" art. This character comes from very personal roots, which is perfect because my art in of itself if very personal to me.
It's ok to default to she/her when referring to Lune generally because the character themselves are mostly used in vulnerable pieces. But please, when he features in his wolf form, he/him is best. :)
