So, okay. This one requires a little explanation. I'm sittin' at my desk today, mindin' my business and humming a tune. I feel a tap on my wrist and I look over. There's this dirty little fairy standin' on my desktop. I say, "What are you doing here?"
He sniffs around and says that he thought I was humming a fairie melody and came to investigate. He wants to know why I called him.
"I didn't call you, but now you're here, I think I'm gonna catch you and stick you in a bottle."
He got thoughtful and said, "There anything I can do about it?"
"You could tell me your name," I said. "That might make me let you go." The trick being, if you know a fairy's name, they have to do what you say.
"Dunno my name, big'n," he said. "People calls me Grubby." I didn't bother askin' why. Lookin' at him, I assumed it was because he liked to rub grime into his face with his hands and feet.
Anyway, he stomped around complainin' that he didn't want to be caught. I caught a bit of his tantrum here. When he was done, I threw him into a bottle.
Here's what really happened: I made this dude out of sculpey and some fabric and stuff. Those are, indeed, some of the wings I posted the other day.
