This is Oleander, the character I'm currently playing in a Pathfinder campaign. He's an Oracle of Life, originally dying of a strange metaphysical disease from a young age. His mother dedicated him to the local temple of the minor flower goddess Lilywhite with a prayer for her to heal him, and while he was filled full of life energy, it continued to leak out of him into the surrounding world. Fortunately, even a leaky bucket will stay full of there's a fire hose pointed into it, and he's learned how to 'tear open' the leaky bucket and pour his own life energy out into others! His connection with life has afforded him abilities like talking to plants and animals, and detecting the physical states of his friends from a distance. Currently he's the 'team dad', there to make sure everyone is safe and healthy and happy!
Recently, a magical shooting star gave the party strange little traits. In Oleander's case, he starts each day the same as normal, but is able to 'swallow' ambient life energy in great amounts to make himself go from Small (Around 3 feet tall, by Pathfinder rules) to Large (Around 9 feet), not to mention puffing out his belly to something extra soft and cozy, for the rest of the day. This is him in his enlarged and 'full of life' state! The biggest question is... How pleasant is it to be inside that belly, with all that soothing magic?
Got myself my OWN tablet lately, rather than borrowing my roommate's, so I'm back into doing art stuff! Glad to be back into it, but still really don't know what I'm doing. I think the proportions are a little off, and I still don't know how to do even a dog face, but hey! I'll figure it out in the future. I am making some progress at least!
