My first use of meter. This poem is written in iambic pentameter. I really think, after learning how to do these kinds of poems, that my poetry may advance further than it ever has lol.

Verse can be great, applying restrictions to your piece really forces you to think about your words and strategize how to arrange them to convey your message. It's kinda like chess, now that I think about it.
