but if you are looking then yea this is a concept I've had for a long ass time and I finally put together this really rough document for how it basically works! It's really a general concept of a place being corrupted and those within being affected or pulled into it, though this particular example is doing a toon angle. Then more chaos could ensue or the villain can get away with whatever their scheme is cuz the heroes are now too toony to stop em as their tooniness makes em keep doing everything wrong and act silly!
I wanted to show the heroes going up against the villain and failing constantly due to their new forms and mushy brains but settled for making this document specifically about how a warp would work and spread its effect, so maybe next time?
