Very true! They are fun animals, both in real life and in art. I'd draw Damijan more often but outside of "cute panda" and "cute panda being dressed like a baby and not wanting to admit he's enjoying it", I don't really know what to do with him yet. Maybe I need to actually decide just what sort of mischief he gets up to and try drawing some of that.
I have noticed more of them on FA since Turning Red came out, I haven't seen the movie myself but I know it has both transformation *and* a scene where the mom turns into a giant panda, which are two things furries love.
*Damijan activates hipster mode, a pair of hipster glasses floating down like those "Deal With It" gifs with sunglasses and a craft beer appearing in his hand as his bandanna becomes a scarf...*
