Its a long story, but simplified he got cursed by cult worshippers that kinda tore him apart. But that was after he managed to barely escape cold harbor with his un-life. He's kinda just trying to get by as best he can in the life hes got now.

Its cause when the cultists tore him apart they replaced most of his limbs with deer parts, this is only a waist up but he's got two deer legs, antlers and a deer tail.
