Downloaded this video to rotoscope the motion and recreate the meme. Didn't spend too much time on the background and oddly looped it like in the cartoon. I had a lot of fun learning about using videos as sources and I am going to start working on some of the tracking features that I've seen awesome examples of.
I did a version for my new icon but that was before I polished some of the movement which was made quite obvious at larger resolutions.

All models/scene/logo in blender. If you use the plugin "Import images as planes", you can import movies and pretty much set them up as an animation reference to rotoscope. Used the compositor in blender to get the logo to show in the corner using an Alpha Over node and Gimp to animate and export the PNGs or EXR files into a repeatable GIF. Plus for the video version with sound, blender also has a neat video editor function too.
