Noctis made his first appearence as a evil Nightmare in my D&D campaign, he was supposed to be a reacurring bad guy and i wanted my players to be able to really see how the bad guy looked, so i had a two amazing artist friends help me design him, and the evil noctis came out soooooo well i kept him once we were done with the campaign 3 years later. And through the campaign, they managed to capture him, and learned he was Corrupted by Hadar, and the cleric wanted to try divine intervention, needed to roll beneath 13 with a D100, and the fucker did it. Turned the entire campaign upside down, the bad guy was purrified from the corruption, and uh, this was the result. Noctis was now good again back to his druid like self. Where his druidic magic before was twisted and thorned, he was now back to his grove warden self. And boy does he look dashing, though with it came his awkward nature, and he was NOT good at talking to people.
