That's a hunter from Left 4 Dead on the left infected with the Flood from the Halo series. Bill from Left 4 Dead is on the right and he's using an assault rifle from Halo. I had this really epic battle scene involving the other characters and the flood juggernaut from Halo 2. But, alas, there was no way I could have finished that in time.
