I believe it is indeed a Ford Fairlane - 1969 (because of the tail lights), to the best I can tell. I've been looking this up for the past probably fifteen minutes or so, trying to track the model down. For a while, I couldn't decide whether it was an LTD, Torino, Galaxie, or Fairlane - but the front turn signals seem to be the giveaway.
