They've been given authorization to carry out operation: CC, a top secret plan B to turn criminal scum into obedient law enforcement to turn the tide against an overwhelming influx of rablerousers.

Time to test it out on some of the worst, loiterers!

Sneaking up on the crime commiters, by falling out of the turbokat and landing on the unsuspecting naredowells, the new helmets were slapped onto the two (well, one, Razor had great delight in calling T stupid for choosing a damn deer, before T showed quick thinking, blasting holes in the top and plopping them on a dazed Duski).

And initial testing was a fantastic success! The crime connisors were soon licking the paws of their higher ups just like perfect policemen! Now to transport them back for enrolment and uniform fitting...
