In Iceland you have sheep that would just randomly cross the N1, aka, the Ring Road.
Just... randomly crossing it with not a care in the world. 'Ho-hum. The world revolves around me. Beep-beep, I'm a sheep' and all that shit.
The vehicle in front of me had people happily snapping pictures of the sheep.
I took a more Carlinesque attitude.

So apparently, the Icelandic sheep is as chill as a capybara and as stubborn as a mule, finding themselves in the most awkward of places, unlike Irish sheep which mostly just stroll around aimlessly and graze in fields all day and nothing else (I know because where I'm from, I literally live near a farm amongst sheep on a regular basis). Seems like those shepherds really do need to keep a better eye on their livestock, since road accidents or traffic disruption could indeed occur from animals being out in the middle of the road where they shouldn’t. Do you know how many people get hurt, if not killed in car crashes as a partial result of deer alone?
