Seems that Osman encountered one of 
Curse-M's Boppers! How did it turn him!? Maybe its because despite him being a Man of War The Bopper is made of Lyminate rubber (something that they came up with) Which is not only durable but very much regenerative! But now that he is that sort of thing too you may as well watch out, cause he can charge whoever he's after all squeaky, quickly, lethally while blasting some kind of power metal from his ears!
