Every time lara's mouth is open it's some new bullshit so i've just headcanoned she's breaking them over and over again on like one of those brass sonic trophies from some game expo because the back of the head looks like a chocolate orange and she like to just plow through those like the goblin she is and spit the foil out after. and her teeth just reheal in time for her to wake up hungry at 2am and doing it again.
