Alice once again chose to leave her humdrum life for a brief holiday in wonderland, Now much older but still the same as ever. She has gotten lost and ended up wandering into a different story not her own.
The fantastical elements in Alice in Wonderland were always interesting to me, how In Victorian era Europe there would be a place with talking rabbits Walruses with top-hats and sentient flowers. It only seemed fitting to cross over that story with another one with a similar setting with fantasy elements of Talking Cats Foxes and a Boy made of wood, but this story has a bit of an adult twist. Alice now Crosses paths with two boys on their adventure to escape their own home lives in pursuit of Fun, not unlike Alice. Even though she is with kindred spirits, Alice couldn't help but feel something off-putting about the situation.
This was a commission from the artist kelvinthelion I took out some time with the intent to post but never got around to it.
