Depending on your age, not entirely true. Most living cells get cycled out of your body at a fairly regular pace. Meanwhile your adult teeth should last most of the rest of your life. So yes, having nipples is something that starts in the womb, with how your cells live, die and get replaced, they technically aren't the same as what we started with.
Actually, how does that work exactly? Like do the adult set of teeth start growing immediately after the baby set does, or....... just typing that out I realized the tangent I was going on doesn't even matter because you're born with nipples and even the baby set has to grow in first.
If you really want to trace it as far back as possible, it would be interesting. At what point do your teeth actually start developing, and how does this compare with your nipples? So; at what point do each of those cell types begin to differentiate and form?
Even though your baby teeth haven't emerged when you're born, -Which may be exactly because you have to nurse and teeth wouldn't help with that- the seeds of your adult teeth are there.
As a further example, I had a pair of supernumerary teeth behind my adult teeth for the top front two which were surgically removed when I was young. They were just a couple of small proto-teeth, still growing when they were removed.
