BigShadowDragon and Extremehardrock‘s nice comments to my latest photo submission of Venice inspired me to publish another food goodie of the Foscarini bar in Venice.
In the early afternoon of my last day of in Venice (09.01.22) I felt like having a light snack:
A plate of Caprese, we’re talking of a ball of buffalo 🐃 mozzarella, freshly sliced tomatoes with basil 🌿 leaves and a bouquet of lollo biondo salad 🥗 In the middle.
The waiter added olive oil and Balsamico vinegar on the side instead of drawning my dish in it already in the kitchen.

Simply perfect 😋
