Profile: Sleepy Sheepy is a super that can manipulate people into falling asleep. However, she has such an addiction to caffeine that she has a very difficult time sleeping unless she gets knocked out or cut off completely from her drinks.
The use of her powers also determines how fast she can burn through the caffeine buzz. The more she uses her ability, the faster the caffeine wears down...
Originally, I had considered her to be a heroine, but I figured it'd be more interesting in making her a villainess. She's the kind that likes to do banter between hero and villain like it they're playing a game. She does some chaos, but not to the point where someone actually gets hurt or killed. She's an optimist with her plans, but tends to get rather nervous when a spanner gets in them. She does enjoy getting affection from others.
There's a rumor that she's involved in making a special blend of a café au lait that knocks people asleep, but she's not exactly willing to say without embarrassing herself.
