I'm sorry for a very long comment, but I thought I'd give you a TL;DR of what I'm suggesting, so here it is...


Now I'm not an expert on this site, but I think I may have a possible solution for you. I don't know if you'd call this tagging, but there is a way to make it easy for anyone to visit their profile page.

If you put two ':' (Colon) in between 'icon', and thier 'username', you can make it so their profile pic will show in the description.
