Sometimes, you just want something really good in your life, quality, a taste of the finer things in life or a tool that will serve you well. Carl Garroth is the man with what you need, what you want and a price tag on it. Carl has his fingers in a lot of pies, name a field and he's probably in there somewhere. From household appliances, to high end living, there's few things he wont dabble in to expand his business. Why put all your eggs in one basket when you can diversify? His real money maker however is arms dealing.
If you want to make sure you have the best quality arms and armor then you're hard pressed to find anything better as he will make sure you have the best he can give you if you have the means to pay for it. His racer, the Gold Standard, belongs to a line of racers that you can purchase if you want a racer that is as fast as it is luxurious and durable. They are incredibly modular for all kinds of racing needs and can even be taken off the tracks should you want it. If you where put some heavy weaponry on these machines outside of the races then the would certainly be possible, though you wont see him condoning it publicly.
He often using the races as a way to show off his machines, he's either found in the booths overlooking the races or partaking in them personally to show that he stands by them enough to place himself in the thick of it. His personal racer bares his smile while on the tracks, much to the chagrin of those he knocks out of the way as he makes sure to let the other races know that he plays rough on the track.

Toughset really did a spectacular job on this one, made the killer whale as imposing and mean as he is classy, probably my fav out of the G-one line he did for me.

 Toughset is a guy for quality work, slap a gold standard on this guy and see how good his stuff is.
