TERMS OF SERVICE
Read it before ordering!
-I may use the artwork made for you for my own self promotion
-If you want to use artwork somewhere
- it's ok! But credit me with a link to my profil
-If you using my artwork on toyhouse, please credit me (my toyhouse account is frvk).
-Don't make any changes to my art
-Don't remove my signature
Payment
-I accepting payment only via PayPal USD/PLN (Przyjmuje również przelew bankowy w złotówkach)
-Payment is due in full up front or after sketch (don't apply when ordering sketch commission)
-You can request a refund only if I haven’t started your commission
-If you wish to cancel your order after the sketch is accepted, I will provide partial refund, which depends on amount of work already done.
-If you still haven't received the finished piece after 4 months, you can ask for a refund
Process
-When you send me a message with your order, please write me the type, method of payment and attach references and any additional information.
-I will send you a WIP (work in progress) screenshot of the sketch and wait for your response. I will not continue working until the sketch is accepted. you can ask for multiple WIPs, but otherwise, I will provide only one WIP
-You can give me theme, pose, expression etc. desired in commissioning piece before I start the work.
-If you won't and not satisfied with how wip is looking i can do major changes
-After I'm done working on your order I will provide you a high resolution version via e-mail or sta-sh link
My turnaround time is about 1 week to 3 months at max.
