Resulting from her rather niche vocation of forcibly getting her face full of food, Retsuko finds herself struggling to move yet is unable to due to the strained groaning that her huge belly is emanating from having been packed to the brim with so much food. Unfortunately for her, it seems her foxy friend yearns to keep up the clout and engage even more viewers regardless of its seemingly lewd nature. What's worse is that it seems Fenneko's gonna have some company to help her out, continuing to overfill the balloon till it goes into a rage-filled (and food-stuffed) explosion!
