This is a cross-section of the Squall turbojet and the engine that inspired it --- the legendary General Electric J79 turbojet.
They are similar in size, weight, performance, and even layout. Compared directly to the J79, however, the Squall is more responsive, and revs faster, but is less powerful than the J79 in direct proportion to it's better responsiveness.
