2.5" x 3.5" mixed media painting from 2020. I wanted to play with a more simplified painting approach in this format-- using silhouette and leaning into atmosphere to carry the piece. I enjoyed getting to boil things down to this level-- perhaps I'll try that approach again sometime soon!
