The complete [Ivory Box] minus some quite needing revision.
Finished it a few days ago and just now got around to uploading it. Now to try butchering my way through explaining this short story.

Cenn lives the normal life of a middle-aged man with his wife Miranda. One day he and his wife arrive home to find a strange man waiting. The man claims to have come to warn Cenn that something terrible will happen in a week. The man then leaves after "suggesting" that he stay at an old abandoned house, alone. After days of thinking it though Cenn decides to stay at the house and on the morning exactly a week after the warning he finds an ivory box. Opening the box he finds a thread that constantly changes colors amidst some letters. As he reached into the box the thread wrapped itself around his hand and he became filled with unknown power. Desparately he tries to rid himself of the power only to find himself on a strange road, hunting for answers and the one man who knows them.

This is the last part of the three part prequel to [A Fox, A Lock, and an Ivory Box] which is currently on standby for writing because I have to compare my notes to figure out how I want to proceed through the plot.
