Gotta say, this is rather interesting.
Your style is unique, not going for this gritty realistic look, but still a look that pulls in the attention of the reader. Which helps build on the settings you place your characters in. Reminds me a little of Gears of War, with the wiring and mechanics exposed for the world to see, but I still like it a lot. I found myself with wandering eyes, searching around to see any hidden set of wires or art designs upon the walls. Great use of lighting too, and angles...people forget about angles mostly. Love the high view point looking at the character as he stands before his possible future place of employement.
I don't know who you are, or where this story is going, but awesome work.
