Lotus is a much younger god than he would have you believe. As thus the stories and paintings exaggerate the features and lessons, so too is Lotus given form as those characters. Commonly believed to spread stories and the arts in all forms as well as find room for compromise. He was born as titans still ran among the planes and fields of Moria Kist. He had mediated many deals between the gods but when the deities came into conflict, he found he couldn't hold them all together alone. One event changed that, the arrival of the Ancient Calamities. Being of the first gods to form an alliance between the two sides, he took his place more in recording events and working alongside the other gods even as a child to fight back the Calamities.

Had only been born into the world after the conflicts of the Planetary Devastation but has come to rise in many cultures though he does not claim a kingdom or a seat among the other deities. He is much more of a shut-in god but creates many great works and his blessing bestows many waves of creativity whether artistic or otherwise..
