Paint tool SAI really helped yet again with drawing. I can't explain how much I love that program. Granted it takes me awhile to draw stuff..even chibis..but this program makes it so easy <3.

edit: there was a base I referenced for this somewhere ,but it's been over a year since I drew this x.x.
