All tied up with exposed armpits and shadowy grasping hands reaching for Dragon Fist, it was certainly a situation where tickles could be impending. Even the toughest of heroes can find it hard to stand up to tickle torture, so I imagine he'll be talking or at least doing a lot of laughing. I imagine he'd rather they'd removed the mask first and left him his boots on.
