Plague wyverns are not the species, but an entire family with a notorious reputation that frightens the people of Arilia. These creatures, not distinguished by outstanding intelligence, soar in the skies, living a mostly nomadic lifestyle. Their weapon is poison. Deadly and expensive.

Wyverns feed mainly on meat, eating anything they can catch. They do not shun carrion and are not averse to eating the flesh of their relatives. Fortunately for the people of Arilia, these beasts are rare. They prefer to nest away from cities and villages. But if, nevertheless, the lair is found near the village - give up all hope. It is better to leave the settlement, otherwise, if you are not eaten, you will die of some terrible disease.

Wyverns literally bring death on their wings. Having outstanding immunity, they are carriers of dangerous diseases. Breeding unsanitary conditions in their lair and at the same time devour every living thing in the area.

Legends say, that little spirits called Wizzars ride this wyverns around the world and spread dangerous diseases by infecting the scales of these draconids.
