There's a lore behind this one actually, the piece is based on an RP I do a lot of worldbuilding for, the device is called a Q-Gun and while this one is more of a trap, they do come in a hand held form too. Ironic part is, this guy invented the thing, looks like he sold it to someone who wanted to use it against him.
