Gael, the nargacuga, and Dectus, the tobi-kadachi, are many things to their village. From protectors to herders, they fill many of the exterior jobs of the village. For them, it''s their way of doing their part, earning their keep as any other citizen might. At the end of the day, they like to cuddle up, resting in each other's presence while tending to each other.

For Gael, his beak, claws, and wingblades are extremely sharp yet brittle. For this, Dectus has learned to make simple poultices, and to trim back Gael's claws and wing edges.

For Dectus, he has spinal and never issues. For this, Gael has learned to massage the kadachi, soothing his pains.
