This is an experimental side project, not at all related to Austin’s story. I wanted to write something different to get back into a creative mode and see how well I can translate visuals into words. This piece is written like a cinematic screenplay storyboard for a music video. Another way this is a change of style for me is that there is no dialogue. My inspiration is obviously the song that the short film is for: “When You Love Someone,” (acoustic) by James TW. (This song already has a very good music video, but I wanted to tell it slightly differently.) Comments are welcome, as I am curious how well the audience can picture the scenes in time with the lyrics (shown in italics within parentheses).
