would not mind NFT if its real art with an NFT tag to it to keep track of where it's at and hold (buying art from a well-known artist have increased in value over time, but that's sadly a way to hide money with shitty mordan art)
but all in all you be better off just putting that money into real art and buying land and other stuff.

Rick couldn't of said it better himself. NFTs are quite literally one of the easiest things to dupe people into buying, especially those who have little to no understanding of how financing or economics work, and are brought in by buzzwords such as: "Decentralization".
